A tribute to new wave analogical electronics, the sound of the London based trio Add N to (X) is nevertheless far from being sadly nostalgic. Its members all prove to be under the influence of an unquestionable fascination for B movies, daddy’s Sci-Fi, Atari oriented punk music, the whole being integrated into funny rhythm and droll sounds, not forgetting the soapy hot female voice. Avant Hard reveals, just like its art work, a merry world of rock’n roll and surrealistic arcade games.
